Horrible experience...paid 40.00 for 2 meals for delivery asked for fried rice & got boiled rice, tried to call & speak to someone about order & they acted if they didn't understand English at all...food was nasty & very blend
One of my favorite Asian restaurant in town! You must try House Special Beef and House Special Chicken! They are awesome 👏noodle soup here is just okay :/ you better try Chinese dishes only
We will be back!
Bugogi was on point, hot fresh and plentiful will go back again
While the staff was kind, the Taiwanese food was basically inedible. We brought 2 Taiwanese visitors with us and wanted to have a meal they would eat at home so almost all of us ordered beef noodle soup, which our visitor said tasted nothing like theirs. It was bland and almost inedible, as was the chicken curry. The worst item was the green vegetable noodle soup, which was a bowl of hot water, flavorless noodles, a couple unchopped quarter heads of broccoli, and unchopped book choy. Perhaps the Chinese food tastes good, but the Taiwanese food does not.
Great food really good variety really good prices especially at lunch
Great food, and the lady who owns the place is a blast! Shu Feng has the best crispy eggplant, in at least the city, and probably the world. The shop is clean and well taken care of, and the food comes out quick.
Made in equal parts very fresh ingredients, wonderful diversity in menu, and a welcoming atmosphere where "everybody knows your name" to quite Sam Malone.
I really enjoyed the noodles with sweet and sour sause.
I probably won't ever try this place again. I wish I could give it a lower rating. I tried to order an entree. It comes with steamed rice. I asked can I get it fried insteaf. I'm willing to pay a little more as I've done at every other Asian restaurant. I was told they don't do that here. Then she suggested I get an order of plain fried rice. I don't need an entire order of rice to go with my meal. She wants to change me an additional $8.00 for plain fried rice instead of frying the small rice that comes with the meal for a dollar or two more.Against my better judgment we stayed and ordered something different. We ordered chicken fried rice. It was very greasy. The service wasn't good. She never checked on us. We didn't even get any refills on our drinks nor was it offered. In fact she didn't even give us a straw. Other tables were getting straws. This is very disappointing.
Modest over, clean with average quality food
A little hot and old folks smell going on. But the staff was very, very nice to my toddler son. And I have to show love for that. And the food was very fast and good
Nice potstickers! Our entrees were a little bland, though.
Best asian food place around. The staff are super friendly, attentive and have elephant like memory. They always remember what I like and have ordered in the past. Food and service are top notch and their super late hours are ideal. If your overwhelmed by their expansive menu feel free to ask the staff for their recommendations. They are great at directing people to great choices. Look no further for asian food. Shu Feng is for all chinese/korean food lovers.
GET THE WATER DUMPLINGS - they are so good we had them at our wedding. Vegetable AA- Choy is not on the menus but a family favorite. And of thankfully they make a great duck
The Crab Rangoon and Egg Rolls were very good but the Fried Rice was tasteless and dry. The silverware offered is only a fork. I would not eat here again. I remember it being better several years ago.
Establishment is clean. The combination platter I had was great and the rice was fresh and not greasy at all loved it
My wife and I both really like Shu Feng. The quality of the food is excellent and the food is much, much more authentic then you will find in your typical take out food joint. Shu Feng has a combination of both Thai and Chinese dishes, and my wife and I have yet to have a dish we didn't like.
Taste a lil too greasy rice not dark enough, but a really big nice menu
Dinner this evening was very hot and very fresh. Delicious!
First of all, no place has friendlier staff than Shu Feng...regardless of what else I could say about them. However, this place has got the friendly folks AND great food. We've gone on a date night, at other times with the kids, and even with visiting Chicago-native family members, and we all love it.
A great late night place.I love the space, its friendly and they're open till 2am. When the midnight hunger kicks in, and you want legit food, this is the place to go. My favorite dishes are the wonton soup, and the fried pork &tofu.
Decent prices for pretty good food. Tastes like my mom’s cooking. Better to order Chinese dishes as the taste is better.
Wonton soup, house special beef and pork! Order extra hot and sit back and wait for the burn! My favorite for Chinese in St louis! We love it!
Great food, reasonable prices!! Quick service, friendly staff!
Better than average oriental food at reasonable prices.
Good prices, and really tasty food. The pot stickers are super good!
Great food always, and a fast delivery time!
I usually go to Shu Feng if I want to have cheap, but good noodle soup. I love that they're open late. Some of the Korean specials are good, and the salt n pepper shrimp is great! The service is a little slow later in the night, but the waitress is always nice. Atmosphere is kind of like someone's living room. You have to ask for chopsticks because they most times will only give you a fork. The delivery service could use some improvement. They call you to get your card information and that should be something you can do online. You also have to check and make sure the delivery destination is within their limit (can't remember the limit off the top of my head). Other than that, it was about a 30-40min wait. Got everthing I ordered and it was delicious.
Lunch specials are so good!!! Great prices and friendly service!!
Vegetarian hot pot for the win. Enough to share at a good price.
My wife and I visited from out of town and we loved the place. The King Pow Chicken at full spice is a must.
Great service, great prices, friendly and prompt service. Our food, made to order, arrived at the table quickly. I went in a group and we shared appetizers. My egg drop soup was a little orange (I see yellow a lot), but was great; the crab rangoon, and pot stickers were great; my hunan beef was also great. I'll definitely go back. I have heard mixed reviews about this place since the owner and manager change, but my service and overall experience of mid-July, 2019 was excellent.
Good quality cheap Chinese food. I like them better than a lot of the more expensive places in the area.
I called to place a delivery order after my phone battery died. I was denied service and told I had to order online. After calling twice and speaking to not one, but two different people, both argued that I had to order online in order to place an order (keep in mind, I ALWAYS order over the phone. They hung up in the middle of my conversation both times. Talk about RUDE! I order from here a lot and now will be letting others know my experience. What may have gotten a higher rating from me, just lost it by the poor service. Shame on you for being so rude, when someone is inquiring about service. I will just take my money and business elsewhere.
Oh... Got to come back here. Excellent food and serivice.
Quality Chinese food. Simple, quietish ambience. I like their veggie hot pot. Competent personnel.
Ate lunch here, was very satisfied with quality and quantity of food for the price. Employees were very friendly and accommodating. Dining area was clean.
My wife and I love this place! It's one of the few places in St Louis that I know of that you can get Chinese, Taiwanese and Korean food all in the same place. The beef bulgogi is very good as is the kimchi beef. The Chinese dishes are quite good as well.
Always great food, portions dictate you leave with a doggie bag.
We ordered several things on the menu and the food was amazing. Everything made with fresh vegetables. We had not been here in several years, but we will definitely be regular customers. The best of Chinese & Korean food in St. Louis. Also, nice people and good service.
Some of the best food in the area. Never disappointed and ordering online was easy and helpful.
That's a good restaurant. And the people that works there it's great
Really enjoyed the broccoli and beef. I love how they are open late! Quick and friendly service as well.
My family has dined here for years andd we have never been disappointed.
Always great food and good service!
Awesome! The food was great! Im sorry I didn't take a pic of the full meal but I wanted to taste it first, and before I thought about the pic again I was almost finished! Lol Awesome staff and food was ready fast. I do recommend!
One of the few excellent Chinese restaurants, owners are Asian and know their stuff on all items on their menu. Got the lunch deal, fresh, and super tasty. We got the Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Beef.
Fresh, friendly, very good food with many many choices.
